Before You Submit

Submission Guidelines

Participants are invited to submit an abstract for consideration by the ACE 2026 Scientific Committee.

  • check_circleOnly abstracts submitted online will be accepted. Abstracts submitted by email will not be accepted.
  • check_circleThe ACE 2026 will consider works presented at previous Non-ACE congresses. Authors must indicate if the work has previously been presented, both at the point of submission and disclose this during their final presentation if chosen for it.
  • check_circleAn abstract would be considered for an E-Poster, Video or Oral Presentation. The Committee reserves the right to decide on the final method of presentation for selected entries.
  • check_circleAcceptance notification will reach authors via email by 30th July 2026.
  • check_circleIf an abstract is selected, at least one author must be a paying congress registrant and attend the Congress.
  • check_circleAbstract (400 words) should contain the following categories: Background – Material & Methods – Results – Conclusion. Please ensure that you select the correct category.

All abstracts will be presented as E-Posters, Videos or Oral, as part of ACE 2026. Please submit all accepted materials to the Abstract Submission Portal by 31st August 2026.
